Credit Policy:

First time order, payment by check or credit card with the order. Reorder will be billed at Net 30 upon credit approval. Late payments will be charged 3% delinquent fee.

Shipping : All goods are shipped, insured, via Fedex ground. Rush orders will be  added with appropriate Fedex express shipping charges.

Exchange Policy:

Please retain all shipping materials until it has been established there is not shipping damage. All claims should be made with the carrier.

Return Policy:

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Damaged tiles, we will not replace tiles damaged by store or window display.

Defective tiles, we will, with authorization, replace any tiles that are defective due to things other than shipping or store display damage.
