The design collections of Disenyo are inspired by the enlightenment, the love and romance of the Renaissance Period as well as the grandeur of the Baroque and the elegance and opulence of the Victoria Era is the inspiration behind all Disenyo Art creations.

Yes, all our designs are copyrighted to Disenyo Arts USA, Inc..
WHERE ARE THEY SHIPPED FROM?
US customers receive shipments from our California warehouse. For international customers including Canada, orders are shipped sea-freight to our distributors.
WHERE DO I PURCHASE DISENYO TILES?
Our online store is available for your shopping convenience. For resellers, please register to create a wholesaler account. You have an option of faxing your orders to our US Office 1-818-3648824 or Philippine Office (632) 637-5698.
WHAT IS THE PRICE FOR EACH TILE?

HOW ARE THEY SHIPPED?
We use FEDEX ground, UPS or common carrier freight lines. For bulk orders, we use truck lines or other means that our customer specifies. Each tile is individually wrapped, boxed and shipped in a master carton.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU INTRODUCE NEW DESIGNS?
Yes, we introduce new designs every Fall and Spring as some of the old tiles will be retired . For our international distributors, we create custom designs according to the market preference. Our product development team includes a staff of artists, carver, mold maker and casting-specialists.
To provide new ideas and products diversities we regulalry invite known Filipino artists to lend their talent for Disenyo Arts.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Please include your email address when placing an order. Our fedex online shipment automatically sends notification directly to your email and enables you to track your package online in real time.
HOW ARE THEY PACKED?
The tiles are individually bubble-wrapped and boxed in corrugated carton suitable for sea and ground transportation.
WHAT'S YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED GOODS?
We will replace defective goods other than those damaged by store or window display. Damages must be reported within a week of arrival. Please see our Terms and Conditions.
ARE THE TILES EASY TO INSTALL?
Yes. Each comes with a built in hole on the back. All you need is a nail or screw on the wall and they're ready for hanging! No framing or additional fixtures needed.
